Tackle growing pains, and soothe life's little bumps and bruises with these adorable little characters. These natural first aid/pain relief pals can be warmed in the microwave or chilled in the freezer as the owie demands. Designed for easy care, these unique characters are filled with premium whole buckwheat seeds, and covered with super-soft sustainable bamboo terrycloth. The embroidered covers are easy to remove and are machine washable in cold and tumble dried on low. The seeds posses the special property of retaining and transferring heat or cold for up to 30 minutes.

Each colourful character pack has its own name and story. Choose from pink Whoodle, blue Zibble, green Arble, purple Zabble, orange Freedle, or yellow Bozzle.

For Heat Therapy: Microwave 20 seconds. If not warm enough; continue heating in 10-second increments until comfortably warm. Do not overheat, and always touch test before using. When re-heating cut your heating time in half. Warning! Do not overheat; risk of fire!

For Cold therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.
