Warm in the microwave or chill in the freezer as desired. They're flexible when frozen and huggable when heated. The seeds are contained inside a 100% cotton liner then covered with a super soft plush cover that is easily removed for machine washing.

For Heat Therapy: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 2 minutes. If not warm enough; continue heating in 10-second increments. Do not overheat, and always touch test before using. When re-heating cut your heating time in half. WARNING! Do not overheat; risk of fire! Do not heat in a conventional oven or on a stove top!

For Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.
