Tackle cold nights and soothe sore muscles, cramps, joint pain and more with this natural take on the traditional hot water bottle. Ideal for concentrated on-the-spot soothing therapy, these eco-friendly hot/cold packs are filled with premium hypoallergenic whole buckwheat seeds that retain heat or cold for up to 30 minutes. Warm in the microwave or chill in the freezer as desired. They're flexible when frozen and huggable when heated. The seeds are contained inside a 100% cotton liner then covered with a super soft plush cover that is easily removed for machine washing.

For Heat Therapy: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 2 minutes. If not warm enough; continue heating in 10-second increments. Do not overheat, and always touch test before using. When re-heating cut your heating time in half. WARNING! Do not overheat; risk of fire! Do not heat in a conventional oven or on a stove top!

For Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.

Attention. Remove cover before washing. Do not wash filling. Machine wash cover cold. No Bleach. Tumble Dry Low. No iron. or Spot Clean.
