Shipping
We ship all in-stock products within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be contacted immediately if there are any issues with your order. Should we special order a product for you, we will notify you when we ship it.
We provide free shipping in Canada for orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts).
Due to the weight and size of some of the cleaning & liquid-based products, they are exempt from the Free Shipping offer. Once you have checked out, we will advise you if it is necessary to add a shipping premium to your order if it contains cleaning products.

We will ship beyond Canada and the United States, however please contact us via email at customerservice@everylittlebitgreen.com, so we can arrange the most cost effective method of getting your products to you.
We reserve the right to correct errors in the application of shipping rates when either no shipping or improper shipping rates are applied.
During holiday seasons, it is sometimes difficult to estimate a time for delivery. Accordingly, your package may take longer. For US orders during the holidays your package may take up to 5 extra business days.
