Payment Information

All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept several methods of payment:

• PayPal – during checkout, you are directed to the Paypal website to complete your order, and then returned to our site. If your PayPal payment does not complete successfully, please contact us within 1 business day to arrange for alternate payment. Orders without successful payment will be cancelled.
• Phone – if you prefer, we can accept your credit card information over the phone during customer service hours. Proceed through the checkout process, and select “Order by Phone”. Once you receive confirmation of your order, contact our customer service team with payment information at 1-866-934-2024.

Customers beyond Canada and the United States will need to contact us directly to arrange for payment and shipping, as it may take slightly longer to process your payment methods.
