One of the easiest steps we can take to helping the planet is bringing our own cup. Stash a bottle in your purse to fill with water throughout the day, stash a travel mug in your car for that emergency coffee, keep a bottle at the office so you don't have to buy bottled water while working. A simple step, a huge impact.
